In Korean, Tae Kwon Do means "foot/hand way" and was officially given its name on April 11, 1955. It develops many skills such as coordination, focus, balance, strength, and agility. Children wil develop self-confidence, and listening skills while practicing the art of modern and traditional Tae Kwon Do. Through drills, students will learn respect, manners, self-defense (Stranger Danger), and improved fitness.The instructor is Bob Chester, 6th degree Black Belt with over 35 years experience.

Yoga - Yoga and Meditation with Leslie YOGA- WITH BRONYWNEach class is comprised of a unique yoga routine made up of classic yogic poses, asanas, that balance strengthening, stretching, and relaxation. The practice is designed to enhance mental and physical health through attentiveness and ease during activity and rest. No prior experience will be required as a number of options are always offered for each pose. The class is constructed to simultaneously appeal to wide range of experience levels, but with each student receiving tailored attention as needed. A yoga mat and clothing that provides free movement is suggested to enjoy the classes.YOGA AND MEDITATION - WITH LESLIEThis gentle, slow-flow yoga class will ease you into a potpourri of postures that will allow you to stretch, strengthen and relax your entire body, all while practicing various mindful, yoga breathing techniques. Longsword 101 - Longsword 101 Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA) is the study and recreation of medieval fighting systems from surviving books and manuscripts. This class will enable you to execute historical Longsword techniques with confidence and begin your journey within the historical fencing community. The first half of class is dedicated to learning and practicing new techniques, while the second half of class is for “open floor space.” Open floor space is an opportunity to make this experience your own! Solo or with a partner, practice techniques you have learned, delve deeper into source material with treatises and books, or fence with other class members and friends. If you ever wanted to swing a sword, this inclusive HEMA class has something for everyone. Loaner equipment is available. No equipment is required to start this class. Yoga - Yoga and Meditation with Leslie YOGA- WITH BRONYWNEach class is comprised of a unique yoga routine made up of classic yogic poses, asanas, that balance strengthening, stretching, and relaxation. The practice is designed to enhance mental and physical health through attentiveness and ease during activity and rest. No prior experience will be required as a number of options are always offered for each pose. The class is constructed to simultaneously appeal to wide range of experience levels, but with each student receiving tailored attention as needed. Yoga - Yoga and Meditation with Leslie YOGA- WITH BRONYWNEach class is comprised of a unique yoga routine made up of classic yogic poses, asanas, that balance strengthening, stretching, and relaxation. The practice is designed to enhance mental and physical health through attentiveness and ease during activity and rest. No prior experience will be required as a number of options are always offered for each pose. The class is constructed to simultaneously appeal to wide range of experience levels, but with each student receiving tailored attention as needed. A yoga mat and clothing that provides free movement is suggested to enjoy the classes.YOGA AND MEDITATION - WITH LESLIEThis gentle, slow-flow yoga class will ease you into a potpourri of postures that will allow you to stretch, strengthen and relax your entire body, all while practicing various mindful, yoga breathing techniques. Yoga - Yoga and Meditation with Leslie YOGA- WITH BRONYWNEach class is comprised of a unique yoga routine made up of classic yogic poses, asanas, that balance strengthening, stretching, and relaxation. The practice is designed to enhance mental and physical health through attentiveness and ease during activity and rest. No prior experience will be required as a number of options are always offered for each pose. The class is constructed to simultaneously appeal to wide range of experience levels, but with each student receiving tailored attention as needed. A yoga mat and clothing that provides free movement is suggested to enjoy the classes.YOGA AND MEDITATION - WITH LESLIEThis gentle, slow-flow yoga class will ease you into a potpourri of postures that will allow you to stretch, strengthen and relax your entire body, all while practicing various mindful, yoga breathing techniques. Yoga - Yoga and Meditation with Leslie YOGA- WITH BRONYWNEach class is comprised of a unique yoga routine made up of classic yogic poses, asanas, that balance strengthening, stretching, and relaxation. The practice is designed to enhance mental and physical health through attentiveness and ease during activity and rest. No prior experience will be required as a number of options are always offered for each pose. The class is constructed to simultaneously appeal to wide range of experience levels, but with each student receiving tailored attention as needed. A yoga mat and clothing that provides free movement is suggested to enjoy the classes.YOGA AND MEDITATION - WITH LESLIEThis gentle, slow-flow yoga class will ease you into a potpourri of postures that will allow you to stretch, strengthen and relax your entire body, all while practicing various mindful, yoga breathing techniques. Yoga - Yoga and Meditation with Leslie YOGA- WITH BRONYWNEach class is comprised of a unique yoga routine made up of classic yogic poses, asanas, that balance strengthening, stretching, and relaxation. The practice is designed to enhance mental and physical health through attentiveness and ease during activity and rest. No prior experience will be required as a number of options are always offered for each pose. The class is constructed to simultaneously appeal to wide range of experience levels, but with each student receiving tailored attention as needed. A yoga mat and clothing that provides free movement is suggested to enjoy the classes.YOGA AND MEDITATION - WITH LESLIEThis gentle, slow-flow yoga class will ease you into a potpourri of postures that will allow you to stretch, strengthen and relax your entire body, all while practicing various mindful, yoga breathing techniques. Yoga - Yoga and Meditation with Leslie YOGA- WITH BRONYWNEach class is comprised of a unique yoga routine made up of classic yogic poses, asanas, that balance strengthening, stretching, and relaxation. The practice is designed to enhance mental and physical health through attentiveness and ease during activity and rest. No prior experience will be required as a number of options are always offered for each pose. The class is constructed to simultaneously appeal to wide range of experience levels, but with each student receiving tailored attention as needed. A yoga mat and clothing that provides free movement is suggested to enjoy the classes.YOGA AND MEDITATION - WITH LESLIEThis gentle, slow-flow yoga class will ease you into a potpourri of postures that will allow you to stretch, strengthen and relax your entire body, all while practicing various mindful, yoga breathing techniques. Yoga - Yoga with Bronwyn YOGA- WITH BRONYWNEach class is comprised of a unique yoga routine made up of classic yogic poses, asanas, that balance strengthening, stretching, and relaxation. The practice is designed to enhance mental and physical health through attentiveness and ease during activity and rest. No prior experience will be required as a number of options are always offered for each pose. The class is constructed to simultaneously appeal to wide range of experience levels, but with each student receiving tailored attention as needed. A yoga mat and clothing that provides free movement is suggested to enjoy the classes.YOGA AND MEDITATION - WITH LESLIEThis gentle, slow-flow yoga class will ease you into a potpourri of postures that will allow you to stretch, strengthen and relax your entire body, all while practicing various mindful, yoga breathing techniques. A short guided meditation will end each session. All levels of experience are welcome! Please bring a mat and blanket to class. Instructed by Leslie Woods

Longsword 101 - Longsword 101 Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA) is the study and recreation of medieval fighting systems from surviving books and manuscripts. This class will enable you to execute historical Longsword techniques with confidence and begin your journey within the historical fencing community. The first half of class is dedicated to learning and practicing new techniques, while the second half of class is for “open floor space.” Open floor space is an opportunity to make this experience your own! Solo or with a partner, practice techniques you have learned, delve deeper into source material with treatises and books, or fence with other class members and friends. If you ever wanted to swing a sword, this inclusive HEMA class has something for everyone. Loaner equipment is available. No equipment is required to start this class.
