For beginning and continuing students. Tai Chi has been described as "a prescription to good health for men and women, whether you are old, weak or strong." Some benefits include improved balance, decreased tension and better breathing. Practicing this style of Tai Chi in a smooth and relaxed manner will help one to acquire a strong physique, a more relaxed body and a quieter mind.
