How would you describe a Zumba class?Zumba is an interval workout. The classes move between high- and low-intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance.What can you say about Zumba?Zumba provides both physical and psychological benefits. Studies show that moderate-intensity dance is linked to better cardiovascular health and cognitive benefits. Plus, people who practice Zumba, in particular, tend to feel more independent and purposeful in life. It's good for your body and mind.

For beginning and continuing students. Tai Chi has been described as "a prescription to good health for men and women, whether you are old, weak or strong."
