Cardio and Calisthenics with SallyGet a thoroughly satisfying exercise class starting with a warm up, cardio and strength combo moves, wall and floor calisthenics, and ending with full body stretching and meditation. Any level can participate as I show modifications.  My motto is “Push Until You Can’t - Rest Until You Can.”  Bands are provided. Bring a mat and water.DATE: 10 weeks.
