Yoga Classes with Susanne Murtha - Gentle Adaptive Yoga Would you like to move and breathe to feel better in the privacy of your own home and have guidance and options to find what’s best for your body? Connect mind, body, and spirit in our rejuvenating yoga class with poses on the mat and standing. Go at your own pace with time to transition and with moments for reflection. Props and variations are offered to provide an accessible yoga experience wherever you are with your practice.
