Reiki I
Participants are introduced to the foundational concepts of Reiki (universal life force energy), focusing on energy healing techniques. Participants learn hand positions, basic energy principles, and how to channel healing energy. This level emphasizes self-healing and providing simple treatments to others.
DATE: Monday April 1, 3 weeks
TIME: 6-8 pm
 
REIKI II
This course builds upon the foundational knowledge gained in Level 1. Enrollees must be Reiki Level I certified.  Participants delve deeper into the practice, learning symbols and mantras to enhance their energy healing abilities. The course emphasizes distant healing techniques, emotional healing, and offers a more advanced understanding of energy flow. Participants often gain the ability to send Reiki across time and space. Successful completion of this course allows practitioners to become Reiki practitioners and may involve practicing on others professionally.
