Cardio-Fit

Cardio-Fit is comprised of 20 Minutes of 3-2-1 intervals (3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio,1 minute of abs), 20 minutes of mobility and yoga, and a 10-minute meditation. Bring a mat, towel, 3 or 5 lb. weights, and water.
DATE: Weeks of 6/24, 7/1, 7/22, 8/5 and 8/19. 3 classes per week (Mon, Wed, Sat.) Choose all 5-week program or by the week.
TIME: 8:30am-9:30am
FEE: $150 for 6 week program or $30 per week.
