Come have fun and get results while working out with me!  The class is a comprehensive, full-body metabolic workout using 3 - 5 lb hand weights and bands (supplied). We work large muscles with small ones to build strength, endurance, and cardio. Then it’s on the mat for calisthenics followed by a relaxing cool down and brief meditation.  Bring 2 - 5 lb weights, a mat, and water.
