This flow style class is done at a moderate to slow pace and will include longer holding and posture explorations focusing on proper alignment and movement coordinated with breath. All students will benefit from detailed alignment cues and breathing techniques. Heather offers many posture variations so all students will feel challenged while also feeling supported at their own level. For class you will need a yoga mat. Instructor has blocks available to share, but students are encouraged to bring any props they like to use.
