Upon arrival in Manhattan the coach will make numerous stops allowing you to disembark throughout uptown, midtown, and downtown. Spend the day at your leisure pursuing an activity that is unique to the Big Apple. There are Broadway shows, ethnic restaurants, museums, city tours, and so much more! After a day full of excitement settle back onto the coach from a central location for a relaxing ride home.

Enjoy free time at the historic Plymouth waterfront featuring the Mayflower II, Plymouth Rock, and commercial fishing fleet. Experience colonial charm and hospitality at the John Carver Inn for lunch. Meal selections are broiled scrod or roast turkey. Next it’s on to the whale watch on Cape Cod Bay and Stellwagen Bank, primary feeding grounds for whales. Be near some of the rarest, most graceful mammals in the world. An onboard naturalist will give a narration of what we are experiencing. The vessel is a comfortable and modern 110’ boat with multiple level decks so everyone has plenty of space at the rails. There is an interior cabin with seating, a galley with snacks, and restrooms.

RI LIGHTHOUSES & NEWPORT HARBOR TOUR

Our adventure begins with a scrumptious lunch at the Quonset “O” Club, which is the officers club at the former Quonset Point Naval Air Station. Afterwards, we embark on a narrated cruise past 10 lighthouses in Narragansett Bay along with a Newport Harbor tour. This 30 mile cruise takes us past mansions and historic Ft Adams and under the breathtaking Jamestown and Newport Bridges. A perfect finale to our Rhode Island visit is a short drive to Iggy’s Chowder House at scenic Oakland Beach. You’ll be treated to a famous Iggy’s doughboy and you can also order a snack from their menu or get an ice cream (not included) to enjoy at the neighboring beach.
