Reiki IParticipants are introduced to the foundational concepts of Reiki (universal life force energy), focusing on energy healing techniques. Participants learn hand positions, basic energy principles, and how to channel healing energy. This level emphasizes self-healing and providing simple treatments to others.DATE: Monday April 1, 3 weeksTIME: 6-8 pm REIKI IIThis course builds upon the foundational knowledge gained in Level 1. Enrollees must be Reiki Level I certified.  Participants delve deeper into the practice, learning symbols and mantras to enhance their energy healing abilities. The course emphasizes distant healing techniques, emotional healing, and offers a more advanced understanding of energy flow. Participants often gain the ability to send Reiki across time and space. Successful completion of this course allows practitioners to become Reiki practitioners and may involve practicing on others professionally. YOGAEach class is comprised of a unique yoga routine made up of classic yogic poses, asanas, that balance strengthening, stretching, and relaxation. The practice is designed to enhance mental and physical health through attentiveness and ease during activity and rest. No prior experience will be required as a number of options are always offered for each pose. The class is constructed to simultaneously appeal to wide range of experience levels, but with each student receiving tailored attention as needed. A yoga mat and clothing that provides free movement is suggested to enjoy the classes.

Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art developed over 2,000 years ago.  In Korean, Tae Kwon Do means "foot/hand way" and was officially given its name on April 11, 1955.  It develops many skills such as coordination, focus, balance, strength, and agility.  Children wil develop self-confidence, and listening skills while practicing the art of modern and traditional Tae Kwon Do.  Through drills, students will learn respect, manners, self-defense (Stranger Danger), and improved fitness.The instructor is Bob Chester, 6th degree Black Belt with over 35 years experience.

Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art developed over 2,000 years ago.  In Korean, Tae Kwon Do means "foot/hand way" and was officially given its name on April 11, 1955.  It develops many skills such as coordination, focus, balance, strength, and agility.  Children wil develop self-confidence, and listening skills while practicing the art of modern and traditional Tae Kwon Do.  Through drills, students will learn respect, manners, self-defense (Stranger Danger), and improved fitness.The instructor is Bob Chester, 6th degree Black Belt with over 35 years experience.

The practice is designed to enhance mental and physical health through attentiveness and ease during activity and rest. No prior experience will be required as a number of options are always offered for each pose. The class is constructed to simultaneously appeal to wide range of experience levels, but with each student receiving tailored attention as needed. A yoga mat and clothing that provides free movement is suggested to enjoy the classes.

Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art developed over 2,000 years ago.  In Korean, Tae Kwon Do means "foot/hand way" and was officially given its name on April 11, 1955.  It develops many skills such as coordination, focus, balance, strength, and agility.  Children wil develop self-confidence, and listening skills while practicing the art of modern and traditional Tae Kwon Do.  Through drills, students will learn respect, manners, self-defense (Stranger Danger), and improved fitness.The instructor is Bob Chester, 6th degree Black Belt with over 35 years experience.

INTRO TO ARNIS- FILIPINO STICK MARTIAL ARTGet an introduction to Filipino stick art of Arnis (meaning "armor") and some basic Jeet Kune Do (Bruce Lee's art). This 8-week class will cover: boxing techniques, footwork drills, empty hand drills and Arnis stick drills. This class will be high energy and you do not have to have any prior martial arts training. The rattan stick is included in the registration fee, but students must bring their own boxing gloves.

Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA) is the study and recreation of medieval fighting systems from surviving books and manuscripts. This class will enable you to execute historical Longsword techniques with confidence and begin your journey within the historical fencing community. The first half of class is dedicated to learning and practicing new techniques, while the second half of class is for “open floor space.” Open floor space is an opportunity to make this experience your own! INTRO TO ARNIS- FILIPINO STICK MARTIAL ARTGet an introduction to Filipino stick art of Arnis (meaning "armor") and some basic Jeet Kune Do (Bruce Lee's art). This 8-week class will cover: boxing techniques, footwork drills, empty hand drills and Arnis stick drills. This class will be high energy and you do not have to have any prior martial arts training. The rattan stick is included in the registration fee, but students must bring their own boxing gloves.
