Cardio and Calisthenics with Sally
Get a thoroughly satisfying exercise class starting with a warm up, cardio and strength combo moves, wall and floor calisthenics, and ending with full body stretching and meditation. Any level can participate as I show modifications.  My motto is “Push Until You Can’t - Rest Until You Can.”  Bands are provided. Bring a mat and water.

DATE: 10 weeks. Tue and Thu
TIME: 6 – 6:45 pm
FEE: $140 for residents

Mobility and Alignment with Sally
Mobility exercises strengthen muscles as they stretch them. This training is better than passively stretching because you will gain strength and flexibly. I incorporate exercises to engage the fascia, the tissue that surrounds muscles, to free up constrictions, and scar tissue. 
The goal is to feel strong and aligned. 
DATE: Mondays, 10 weeks
TIME: 6- 6:45 pm
