FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
A fitness class coached by physical therapists. This class is perfect for anyone looking to increase strength, balance, and endurance. Participants will learn proper technique for lifting weights/strength training. There is plenty of opportunity for rest, and also to push yourself to improve. Every workout can be performed standing or seated. Participants are not required to get onto the floor.  Be your Greatest of All Time with GOAT!
